We had so much fun at my neice and nephews birthday party! Look at Trentons cute little swimsuit and his I am to cool for school shades! We had a great time eating chili cheese hotdogs, cheetos, cake and ice cream. Anyone want to guess how Sunday turned out? Tummy ache city, but hey this kind of stuff doesn't happen very often! Aunt Wonderful Wanda was there and Trenton finally got to meet his cousins Kenny and Maddy. Its hard to get everyone together when you have such a big family! All in all it was a great time! Fun was had by all.

What a healthy snack! A chocolate girlscout cookie...sometimes you have to let a kid be a kid!

And now the moment we have all been waiting for.....Trenton is live and in action. He is walking long distances from the dining room to the bedroom. From the living room to the kitchen and best of all from the couch to Mommy's arms! He is flying solo. Stand back girls because this no hands, dare devil is taken! Yes it is not going to be long before I am chasing Trenton around every where! I know they say, "Be careful what you wish for", but I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL MY LITTLE MAN IS WALKING! What a huge milestone in his life! Walk, run, WHO CARES! Please check back with me in a couple of months to see if I still have the same attitude! JK Nothing about my child annoys me or drives me crazy! Yet! Enjoy this video as PROOF that he can do it on his own!

Well we enjoyed a nice relaxing weekend in Austin. Trenton had so much fun seeing his Grandma and Grandpa Flores! Uncle Luis

did an awesome job! Okie State swept Texas for the first time since 1996!

Cold spaghetti, Cold Spaghetti.....

look at me world I am a mean, lean spaghetti eating machine!

Trenton decided to throw the fork to the side and eat like a real man! He is enjoying his Lil'Entree spaghetti dinner. He is such a big boy and can feed himself! Yes ladies he cleaned his plate! There is nothing better than watching your child smother his face with food and seeing that look of accomplishment hen he is done! He had so much fun eating! We are working very hard on using the fork and spoon. Mommy, its so hard to pick up those noodles with a fork!!! Please observe the plastic, unused bib in the background.....naked eating is more fun. Off to the bath for a refreshing dip!

Going.....Going.....Going.....Not Gone!!

Well as you can see Trenton has not let go and started walking on his own yet. He is a very patient little guy (atleast he got something from his Dad!) He loves to crawl onto the patio and walk around with all of his new toys! His new favorite is the dump truck! What boy wouldn't want this toy! You can walk with it, carry your toys and if your tired you can sit and ride on it!

We are also discovering our independence! Trenton loves to crawl outside with Slugger and play for hours! We of course go out there and check on him, but he is perfectly content playing alone! Hmmm....what will this mean when baby #2 comes along!! Hopefully we will know next year! Trenton has also discovered his new swing set! He prefers to climb up the slide and then come back down on his belly! He is fearless!!

Newest trick of the week is: LIGHTS ON.....LIGHTS OFF! Trenton insists on turning the lights on and off whenever we enter or leave a room! He thinks its the greatest thing on earth...Next to his Mommy of course!!!

All About Me!

My First Birthday!

Trenton enjoyed his 1st birthday on 4/4! We had a baseball themed party at Challenge Park! I can't believe it has been a year already! My how time flies when you are having fun! Trenton enjoyed having his friends there. Brady-Bear, Araceli, The Sanders kids and all his many cousins. Grandma and Grandpa Flores came too! Nana and PawPaw and we can't forget Aunt Laurie, which without her we wouldn't have had such an awesome cake!! Thanks to Aunt Mimi for taking Trenton to play the whole time!

Well of course Trenton got every toy Little Tikes and Fisher Price makes. He also got a new wordrobe!!! (To add to the gigantic one he already has!) So you are probably asking yourself....Did Mom actually let him eat cake and get messy?!? Of course! Well I tried. I have created the neatest child on earth! Trenton delicately picked up pieces of his cake with his 2 fingers! I tried!
