Let's keep our fingers crossed that Ike doesn't hit Galveston direct! So far he looks like he is going south, but have our trusty Meteorologists ever gotten it right? I went ahead and bought hurricane survival gear just in case. If we don't have a natural disaster it looks like my family will be eating tuna, raviolis, spaghetti-o's & water for a LONG time! We have family and friends in Corpus who have began to evacuate. We have not and will not make that decision until later in the week.

There doesn't seem to be much panic in League City, but we have to think of our little man. If anyone needs a place to stay out of town, let us know. We have friends and family in several surrounding cities!
