Sunday we headed down to Galveston to meet some friends for a beach day. It was a nice change to going out on the boat and nice because we live so close! T was a little hesitant at first, but quickly warmed up to the beach and would even walk out with Daddy to kick the waves. Limited pictures as this pregnant Mama was in the water most of the time! It was fun spending time with Carrie and her family. Poor little Dayton was so tired, but after several attempts Gene got him to sleep! He was very proud of himself…and should be!

I would say this is a look of complete happiness! And a successful day in the sun.
Hopefully we will take more “staycations” to Galveston this summer since we are not traveling much. Stay tuned next week for a very special post! We find out Boy or Girl on Tuesday!!
