3 Months

Coo’s and Goo’s all the time
Recognizes her name
Smiles all the time
Giggles at his Daddy and Big Brothers
Bats her eyes at her Daddy
Grasps toys brings them to mouth
Is 100% a thumb sucker
Hold his head up (starting to use Bumbo)
Big snuggler
Wears 3-6 month clothes
Loves to be in his sling when we go somewhere
Loves his swing
Drama Queen when her big brother Trace hurts her
Sleep 12-14 hours
Eyes are still blue, but I see the grey peaking in

As we do every year we spent Thanksgiving with the Riley’s the weekend before the actual holiday and then travelled to Del Rio for the following week. I have to admit we were so nervous travelling with all 3. Peyton hates the car seat, Trace hates the car seat and Trenton gets car sick. We are quite the family to travel with! Fortunately it was a great trip down.

My Mom made Thanksgiving at her house. I got there early this year and was able to help her a bit. Once my family gets there it gets LOUD and CRAZY! I only took a couple of pictures while we were there. I can’t believe I did that. Trace got his birthday present from my parents Toodles Scooter! He was/is beyond in love with this toy!

Del Rio was fun, except I was sick all week. I had strep throat and slept most of Thursday and Friday while we were there. I couldn’t have done it without all the hands I had to help with the kids. I guess that is why God allowed me to be sick there. He knew I could rest!

The boys ALWAYS have so much fun playing outside. It’s so fun to watch Big Dog play soccer with them. He is such a great grandpa. The boys ADORE him. Gene’s Mom was a great hostess as always. They even gave Gene & I the night off to hang out with friends.

Even though the drive down is dreadful we really enjoy the nice slow pace in Del Rio. We are planning to go back for New Year’s. Gene’s Mom takes care of her Dad making it hard to travel, so we figured we would try to come to them more. They have really done a lot of work on the Grandparents house. The boys took some cute pictures next to the fall decor!
