Well summer keeps coming and with that so does a drought. We are so limited on water use lately that it is making it hard to play outside. Before we got the notice to stop using water we blew up Trenton’s pool and set it up in the backyard! I love to be outside, even on the hottest days! We are working really hard on our backyard this summer. We have already extended the patio and plan to lay grass when we can water again! Gene is the grill master in our family and really puts his skills to good use! Usually we would have a backyard full of kids, but it was one of those rare days where they were home and came to play one by one! I hate that I have to work all day, but really do my best to make evenings and weekends fun!

Trenton cracked us up! He would grab the bars, put his feet on the side of the pool and push himself off so he could fly higher!
They also tried to swing in from the actual swing, but we may have had a couple of injuries so I halted that genius idea!
