This Friday the Houston area got to see a little bit of winter! Of course while I am in a meeting for 4 hours it snows like crazy and by the time I got off it was mostly raining! Well I left the office early and by the time I got to Trenton’s school it was snowing again! Not stick to the ground snowing, but enough to make you smile! Trenton kept saying “It cold snow, Mommy”! Of course being the responsible parent I am, I immediately ran into the house, grabbed my camera and took T outside to play!! It was so cute for a few short minutes to see him playing in the snow in Houston!
All bundled up! Isn’t he so cute! If you look close you can see snow flakes on his hat and jacket!!Trying to catch a snowflake on his tongue! The next morning our friends the Brewers invited us to Breakfast with Santa in Seabrook. They had Frosty, Rudolph, some elves and of course Santa. Last year Trenton was deathly afraid of Santa so I didn’t know what to expect this year. Well as soon as we got there he ran straight to Frosty and Rudolph and hugged them. Then we went inside and found Brady standing in line for Santa! Perfect! Well as soon as it was our turn T looks at me and says “I need to go potty” You’re kidding me right? Well pee or no pee I made him sit on Santa lap. He didn’t cry, but he was pretty close. It wouldn’t be a real Christmas picture with Santa without the “I am scared as can be” look….would it?!?
He loved Frosty! He probably hugged him a million times in 15 minutes!
Rudolph was a hit too! I love love love T’s outfit! In line for Santa! I think Brady is telling Trenton that it doesn’t matter if you cry you will still get candy! It’s ok sweetie, just take a picture with the scary Santa! DON’T LEAVE ME!!!!This is the polaroid we ended up with!
Yummy pancakes! How cute are they!
And of course our boys being boys they enjoyed the puddle outside most of all! We had a great time and Thank you so much to the Brewers for inviting us! We have a big weekend planned with birthday parties and Christmas lights coming up! I love this time of year and I am so happy it’s cold!!
