As many times as we sing that song it rarely happens. Well Saturday started off as a very rainy, nasty day. We spent all morning laying around the house in our p.j’s and then finally around 1:30 the sun peaked out and dried up all the rain! YAY! Trenton decided that yesterday would be his first day to go #2 on the potty! This is a huge deal because he is potty trained and 3! Let’s hope he keeps this up! We rewarded him by lunch and fun in Kemah! We enjoyed seafood on the patio at Landry’s. We got attacked by a few seagulls, but overall had a very delicious lunch.

So last week Daddy tried to ride the carousel with T and he wanted nothing to do with it. I guess Mommy had the magic touch!
So I guess something got on the lens of my camera because this picture is awful, but needed to show proof that T rode the airplane like a big boy. Daddy rode for moral support!

In addition to all of the rides Kemah now has a playground. Gene and I wanted to listen to the awesome Zydeco band that was playing so we took T over to play while we enjoyed the music! I can’t believe how big T is getting. He was running and sliding and climbing all over everything just like the big kids!
If you’re going to slide you better make it a good one! He loves to slide on his tummy!
And this scared me to death, but he did it all by himself….several times!
Monkey bars
After a quick potty break T decided to play in the water. It takes him a little bit to get in the water, but once he does it is impossible to get him out.
He must have ran around this fountain a hundred times. I just love this picture, he looks so grown up!
Pure BLISS!
He played long enough to make a change from regular wet close to his swim suit. Which meant we were not going anywhere anytime soon!
He liked to swat at the water!
OMG! He totally ate it while running around the water. I happen to catch the perfect shot. Poor baby! Yes, we laughed, kissed and hugged and he went right back out there. Only a few tears were shed.
Like I said, right back out there.
This was the point where he was ready to go. 4 hours in Kemah was enough to tire this little fella out. He was asleep by 6:30!
